At Wecoot, your satisfaction is our priority. We process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Defective Items

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Timeframe
You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date (as noted on your receipt). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond this period.

For Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unopened, unmarked, and in their original condition.
  • All products included in a set or multi-item package must be returned together.
  • Items designated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible.
  • Return shipping costs for online orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Note: This policy is provided in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts. Additional fees may apply if the item shows signs of use, damage, missing components, or improper assembly.

Returns Due to Quality Issues
If the return or exchange is prompted by a defect or quality concern, Wecoot will cover the return shipping fees and waive any restocking charges.

Returns for Personal Reasons
For returns initiated for personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to confirm its eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Approved Returns & Exchanges

Please ensure that all original packaging, accessories, and complimentary items are included. Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. Approved exchanges will be processed promptly, and refunds are typically issued within 1–3 business days to your original payment method, with an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please allow extra processing time and check with your bank or credit card provider.
